Cancellation – Return- Refund Policy
- You can cancel/ get a refund for your full online order/ partial orders before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. For order cancellation, please contact our customer service through chat or Whatsapp with details of the booked order. Alternatively, you can also mail on dhunkifashion@gmail.com The amount will be refunded within 7 working days bank account or in the wallet.
- In case we get no confirmation from your end in 12 hours of order booking, we will ship the order.
- If the order has been shipped, then 10% of the order value will be charged on cancellation and the balance amount will be refunded in dhunki wallet.
- The order cancellation after receiving the shipment should be informed within 48 hrs. In this case, the refund will be credited back in the customer’s dhunki wallet after deducting Rs 100.00 towards shipping charges.
- If the order is canceled due to the wrong shipment of the product, the amount will be credited back to the customer in dhunki wallet/account.
International Orders:
- If the order is canceled before shipping then, 10% of the order value will be deducted.
- Once orders are shipped, orders can not be canceled or refunded.
- We do not accept returns for International Orders.
Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items mentioned below:
- Jewelry and handmade bags
- Saree
- Refund/ exchange/ cancellation can not be done for masks.
In the case of handloom products, minor design and color variations will always be there. We appreciate your understanding.
