Cancellation – Return- Refund Policy
- You can cancel/ get a refund for your full online order/ partial orders before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. For order cancellation, please contact our customer service through chat or Whatsapp with details of the booked order. Alternatively, you can also mail on namaste@dhunkifashion.com The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- In case we get no confirmation from your end in 12 hours of order booking, we will ship the order.
- If the order has been shipped, then 10% of the order value will be charged on cancellation and the balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- The order cancellation after receiving the shipment should be informed within 48 hrs. In this case, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting Rs 100.00 towards shipping charges.
- If the order is canceled due to the wrong shipment of the product, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
International Orders:
- International orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order, subject to a 10% deduction from the order value.
- Cancellation requests received after 48 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.
- Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
- We do not accept returns on international orders.
Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items mentioned below:
- Jewelry and handmade bags
- Saree
In the case of handloom products, minor design and color variations will always be there. We appreciate your understanding.
